based training covers all the forms, techniques, punches, & kicks needed
at each belt level from white belt to black belt. The course includes instructional
videos of the techniques to demonstrate the different skills. This CD is
designed to run on NT, Win95, & Win98. The CD contains actual text
as well as over 300 clips which illustrate the lessons.

videos in the course are taught by Frank Manzelli, a black belt in
Kempo Karate and owner of Tokyo Joe Studios in Belmont, Massachusetts.
